You fell

from my hands, through my fingers

it seemed. I looked to hold

your breath with mine.

But your spirit broke free

from the body it knew.

I don´t know why.

I ask myself where

are you now.

I want to follow.

You say not yet.

For us to be together

once again I long,

instead my time alone

has just begun.

The little one sighs

in her sleep.

I watch her dream.

I know you do too.
