HOPE

Hell might freeze over

the skies might fall

never find four leaved clover

or always lose at ball

 

but I will never give up

that thing that is for free

find it even a cup

full of wonderful tea

 

When I am down

it will warm my heart

and make that frown

scuttle away with a start.

 

Always leave some room

in a corner of my mind

and I´ll keep out the gloom

instead hope I will find.
